Temenos Journey Manager | 4 to 15 Years | Pune & Bangalore

Job Description

•  Design and implement digital customer journeys using Temenos Journey Manager.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Develop and configure TJM components including forms, workflows, APIs, and UI logic.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of TJM-based applications.
• Integrate TJM with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of digital journeys.
• Provide technical documentation and support for TJM configurations and customizations.
•  Stay updated with TJM product updates and industry best practices.

Primary Skills


Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Temenos Journey Manager
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with digital onboarding, KYC, and financial workflows.
• Experience with Auth ID, Twilio, Groovy Services, Journey Manager Database    
   Architecture, Customization Framework and Flow customizations.
• Upgrade process
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Temenos certification in TJM or related digital banking modules.
• Experience in cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in digital banking.
