Your Role
- Create comprehensive documentation for Teamcenter PLM systems with technical accuracy and user-friendly content.
- Develop user guides, workflow documentation, and configuration management materials for various user levels.
- Design and deliver training materials: interactive modules, step-by-step guides, video scripts, and eLearning content.
- Produce technical reference documentation on system architecture, integration processes, and configuration guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content and maintain consistency.
- Support user training initiatives and contribute to content style guidelines.
- Continuously improve documentation processes for better user experience and adoption.
- Deliver high-quality outputs: user manuals, quick reference guides, online help systems, and training decks.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years in technical documentation, with 3+ years on Teamcenter PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter platform and PLM architecture.
- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for clear, user-centric content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, help authoring tools, screen capture software, LMS platforms, and diagramming tools.
- Experienced in instructional design and UX documentation principles.
- Preferred certifications: Siemens Teamcenter, technical communication, instructional design.
- Background in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creativity.
- Collaborative team player with systematic documentation methodology and commitment to improvement.
