Your Role

Teamcenter Solution Architect

Location: PAN INDIA
Experience: 10–15 years

We are looking for a highly experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, strong architectural capabilities, and the ability to align business requirements with scalable and efficient PLM solutions.

Your Role

As a Teamcenter Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining the overall PLM solution architecture, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Teamcenter-based solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and enable seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and design end-to-end PLM solution architecture using Teamcenter
  • Lead solutioning, estimation, and technical design for Teamcenter implementations and upgrades
  • Architect and govern Teamcenter customizations, including BMIDE, workflows, and extensions
  • Design integration frameworks between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and CRM
  • Establish data models, configuration strategies, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor development and integration teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
  • Lead design reviews, architecture governance, and best practice adoption
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues
  • Prepare and maintain solution architecture documents, design specifications, and technical blueprints

Your Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in PLM implementations with strong focus on Teamcenter
  • Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, and customization
  • Experience with Teamcenter modules (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Change Management)
  • Proven experience in enterprise system integrations (SAP, Oracle, MES, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, microservices)
  • Experience in data modeling, migration, and governance strategies
  • Familiarity with Multi-CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of deployment architectures (on-premise and cloud)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall delivery models
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) development
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Certifications in Siemens Teamcenter or PLM technologies
