Talent Transformation Leader
Job Description
We are seeking a Director level Executive for the Talent Transformation Lead role. The Talent Transformation Leader — Insights & Data (I&D) is responsible for designing and driving the end-to-end talent evolution strategy for the I&D business line. This role ensures the workforce is future-ready by building capabilities in advanced analytics, AI/ML, data engineering, cloud, and emerging technologies. The leader will partner closely with I&D business heads ,L&D and HR leadership to accelerate skill transformation, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enable sustainable growth in a competitive data and AI-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Transformation
- Develop and execute the Talent Transformation Roadmap for the I&D business, aligned with business growth and future technology demands.
- Identify and forecast skill needs in areas such as AI, Generative AI, Data Platforms, Cloud, Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, and Visualization.
- Partner with I&D leadership to shape workforce architecture and support internal career mobility into next-gen data & AI roles.
Upskilling & Reskilling
- Lead capability-building programs including specialized Data & AI academies, certifications, and digital skill pathways.
- Enable continuous learning ecosystems leveraging curated content, labs, and industry-recognized credentials.
- Launch role-based upskilling journeys for data scientists, engineers, architects, analysts, and consultants.
Change Management & Cultural Enablement
- Drive adoption of data-first and AI-first mindsets across the I&D talent pool.
- Lead internal communication and engagement campaigns to promote career mobility and skill evolution.
- Champion inclusion and diversity in high-demand data and AI talent areas.
Talent Analytics & Insights
- Use workforce intelligence and skill taxonomy to measure readiness against client and market needs.
- Build predictive models to track demand-supply gaps for niche I&D skills.Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership to make evidence-based talent decisions.
Leadership Development & Succession
- Identify and groom future I&D leaders through focused development programs.
- Build a succession-ready talent pool for critical and emerging leadership roles within Insights & Data.
Technology & Digital Enablement
- Integrate AI-driven talent platforms for skill assessment, learning personalization, and talent redeployment.
- Partner with HR Tech & L&D teams to embed modern tools and platforms for skill and career growth.
Primary Skills
- Strong understanding of data & analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and digital technologies relevant to I&D.
- Expertise in workforce transformation, skill frameworks, and capability building at scale.
- Change management and cultural transformation in technology-driven environments.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience in talent insights & data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior I&D leadership globally.
- Agile and innovative approach to talent strategy in fast-evolving tech landscapes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 16–18 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Organization Development; minimum 5+ years in data/technology-driven businesses.
- Proven track record in scaling and transforming tech or data-centric talent pools.
- Experience leading enterprise learning programs for AI, analytics, and digital capabilities is highly desirable.
- Master’s in human resources, Business, Data & Analytics, or Organizational Development preferred.
