T4EA Integration Architect 

Location: PAN India
Experience: 10–16 years

Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced T4EA Integration Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter for Enterprise Applications (T4EA) to design, implement, and govern enterprise integration solutions. This role requires strong architectural knowledge in PLM–ERP integrations, particularly with Teamcenter and SAP, along with the ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Your Role

As a T4EA Integration Architect, you will be responsible for defining the integration architecture between Teamcenter PLM and enterprise systems (primarily SAP ERP). You will lead solution design, establish integration standards, and ensure seamless, scalable, and reliable data exchange across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end integration architecture using T4EA (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications)
  • Design and implement robust integrations between Teamcenter and SAP (S/4HANA, ECC)
  • Lead architecture for data exchange scenarios such as BOM, Material Master, Documents, and Change Management processes
  • Configure and customize T4EA mappings, handlers, and workflows
  • Establish data transformation, validation, and synchronization strategies
  • Define integration patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across PLM and ERP systems
  • Guide teams in T4EA configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Lead performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align integration solutions with business processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural oversight
  • Manage cutover strategies, data migration, and deployment planning
  • Create and maintain architecture documents, interface designs, and technical specifications

Your Profile

  • 10–16 years of experience in PLM–ERP integrations, with strong focus on Teamcenter and T4EA
  • Deep expertise in T4EA framework, configuration, mapping, and customization
  • Proven experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP (ECC / S/4HANA)
  • Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing business processes
  • Experience in handling BOM, Material Master, Document Info Records, Change Management integrations
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, workflows, and data model
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies, APIs, IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and web services
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, governance, and synchronization strategies
  • Experience with performance optimization and large data volume handling
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle (design to deployment)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
