Your Role
Job Description -
Profound experience of power electronics, BEV, ECU, PCB, electronic componentsProfound experience in HW design, simulation (LTspice), component calculations, sw tools like Excel, Matlab, etc.Ability to analyze and follow tech requirements (Codebeamer)Ability to lead topics proactively in a non-standardized environmentGood communication skills to work with OEM team and project partnersOutput-focused working habit with documentation in tickets and wiki systems (Jira, Confluence, OneNote)
SysML (Penthouse)-System Modelling
SysML knowledge to modify or build new models in Cameo or similar systemsExperience how to define and interpret measurements in HW lab or test stand
Your Profile
5–10 years of experience in power electronics hardware development, preferably within BEV / automotive ECU environments.
· Strong hands-on expertise in HW design, PCB design, electronic component selection, and circuit simulation using tools such as LTspice..
· Experience leading and owning technical topics proactively in non‑standardized and fast‑paced development environments.
· Good understanding of SysML-based system modeling, with the ability to modify or create models using tools such as Cameo (Penthouse) or equivalent.
· Practical experience in hardware measurements, validation, and testing in a HW laboratory or test stand environment, including defining and interpreting measurement results.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
· Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
