RAN Integration Architect
Location: NCR, Bangalore
Experience: 8–12 years

Your Role
As a RAN Integration Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of integration solutions for Radio Access Network (RAN) systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance network management solutions that support 4G/5G deployments and beyond.
In this role, you will:
- Develop system integration strategies and detailed functional/non-functional requirements for RAN NMS integration
- Design and implement abstraction/mediation solutions for seamless integration
- Define and execute end-to-end RAN management test cases for configuration, licensing, patching, upgrades, and service enablement
- Lead automation initiatives for testing, validation, and deployment
- Deploy and manage containerized network functions (CNFs) using Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Docker
- Conduct interoperability testing and resolve integration challenges
- Collaborate with developers, testers, RAN/Transport engineers, cloud architects, and DevOps teams
- Provide technical support during live deployments and field trials
- Create software release documentation including MOPs, ATPs, and configuration guides
- Ensure high-availability system architecture and robust troubleshooting
Your Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in EMS/NMS development and deployment for RAN
- Strong understanding of FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) in 4G/5G networks
- Proficient in management interfaces: Netconf, REST API, CLI, SNMP, Web
- Expertise in network protocols (especially SNMP), API integration, and scripting (Python, Perl)
- Experience with tools such as COM5, IDM Identity Management, Arcsight SIEM
- Solid foundation in programming, data structures, networking, operating systems, and IPC
- Familiarity with integrating network devices from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, and Extreme Networks
- Domain knowledge: SNMP, CLI, Netconf, REST API, CURL, HTTP, TMF, XML/JSON/XSD/XSLT
- Languages/OS: C, Python, Perl, Linux/Unix
- Tools: Spirent, Viavi, GitHub, JIRA, CVS, VPP, DPDK
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
