System Integration Microwave MW SME
Location: NCR, Bangalore
Experience: 8–12 years

As a Microwave Network Integration Architect, you’ll play a critical role in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance solutions that enable seamless connectivity across 4G/5G infrastructures.
Your Role
As a Microwave Network Integration Architect, you will lead the integration and validation of microwave network elements with network management systems (NMS). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient deployment of microwave transmission technologies.
In this role, you will:
- Develop system integration strategies and detailed functional/non-functional requirements for microwave NMS integration
- Lead configuration and validation of microwave network elements with NMS platforms
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, scalability, and interoperability testing
- Analyze SNMP, NETCONF, TL1, and proprietary interfaces for performance, alarm, and configuration management
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and validation reports aligned with integration and acceptance criteria
- Validate northbound integration of NMS with OSS/BSS systems
- Support customer demonstrations and user acceptance testing
- Define automation requirements for testing, validation, and deployment
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and conduct interoperability testing
- Collaborate with developers, testers, cloud architects, and transport/RAN engineers
- Provide technical support during production deployments and field trials
- Create release documentation including MOPs, ATPs, and configuration guides
Your Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in EMS/NMS development and deployment for microwave transmission networks
- Strong understanding of FCAPS in 4G/5G microwave environments
- Proficient in management interfaces: Netconf, REST API, CLI, SNMP, Web
- Expertise in network protocols (especially SNMP), API integration, and scripting (Python, Perl)
- Experience with COM5, IDM Identity Management, Arcsight SIEM tools
- Solid foundation in programming, data structures, networking, operating systems, and IPC
- Domain knowledge: SNMP, CLI, Netconf, REST API, CURL, HTTP, TMF, XML/JSON/XSD/XSLT
- Languages/OS: C, Python, Perl, Linux/Unix
- Tools: Spirent, Viavi, COM5, Arcsight, GitHub, JIRA, CVS, VPP, DPDK
- Familiarity with integrating network devices from Cisco, Juniper, and Extreme Networks into NMS/EMS platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
