System Engineer_HW_PentHouse

Your Role
As a System Engineer – Hardware (Penthouse / DCDC), you will act as the technical lead for penthouse and power electronics systems in BEV platforms. You will own system‑level requirements, ensure robust HW‑SW integration, and collaborate closely with OEMs, test labs, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
In this role, you will:

• Own and analyze system‑level technical requirements (Codebeamer).
• Evaluate HW circuits, simulations (LTspice), and component calculations.
• Lead HW‑SW integration (HSI) and support validation with test labs.
• Act as bridgehead for customer discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Drive issue resolution, consulting, and alternative solution development.
• Ensure clear documentation and output tracking (Jira, Confluence, Wiki).

Your Profile

• Strong experience in power electronics, BEV systems, ECU, PCB, and components.
• Solid background in HW design, simulation, and analysis (LTspice, Excel, MATLAB).
• Good system‑level understanding of sub‑system interactions.
• Proven ability to lead technical topics in non‑standardized environments.
• Experience with requirement management tools (Codebeamer).
• Strong communication skills for OEM and cross‑partner collaboration.
