Your Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Aero Structures Analysis team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design and Analysis utilizing the Analysis applications to validate the aero structure parts.

Role Requirements:

This specific role within the Airframe / Structures Analysis team, Stress analysis of metallic aircraft structures using hand calculations using Analysis applications.

Your Profile

• Stress analysis of metallic aircraft structures using hand calculations, ISAMI, GFEM and DFEMs.
• Knowledge of static and fatigue design values (Ftu, Fty, Fcy, AFI parameters, S-N curve parameters, fracture toughness etc.,).
• Calculation of Seq stresses (fatigue and crack propagation), understanding of mission profiles, stress files, FESPS databases.
• Calculation of Fatigue life using the AFI method.
• Calculation of Stress concentration (Kt) values using Petersons' or DFEM or ISAMI modules.
• Knowledge of ISAMI modules (Fatigue Spectrum Analysis (1D & 2D), Lug analysis)
• knowledge of structural design principles, aircraft loads and Airbus fatigue manuals.
