Stress Static Analysis Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-8 Years

Your Role

As a Stress Static Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for performing structural analysis activities for metallic and composite airframe components. You will collaborate closely with clients, contribute to stress calculations, prepare reports, and support engineering teams with high‑quality static analysis deliverables.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and modify GFEM/DFEM models for metallic and composite primary and secondary structures.
  • Create and modify ISAMI files for airframe sizing.
  • Develop templates for classical and ISAMI‑based calculations for joints, lugs, and sections.
  • Create and modify stress sheets.
  • Create and modify various types of stress reports.
  • Participate in planning, and collaborate with clients on technical topics.
  • Perform client input study with strong proficiency and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Your Profile

  • Hands‑on experience in airframe static stress analysis for metallic and/or composite structures.
  • Proficiency in GFEM/DFEM modeling and stress justification activities.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace stress analysis methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with customers and handling technical discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global engineering environments.

  • HyperWorks
  • MSC Patran / Nastran
  • MS‑Office (especially Word & Excel)
  • VBA or Python knowledge (added advantage)
