Static Lead
Location: Bangalore

Your Role
As a Static Lead, you will be responsible for structural analysis and certification of aerostructures on A320 Family and A350 programs. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure the integrity and performance of metallic and composite primary and secondary structures.
In this role, you will:
- Create and modify GFEM/DFEM models for metallic/composite structures.
- Develop and update ISAMI files for aerostructure sizing.
- Perform analytical and hand calculations for joints, lugs, and structural sections.
- Prepare and revise stress certification reports.
- Size primary and secondary aircraft structures.
- Collaborate with aircraft manufacturers such as Bombardier, Dassault, or preferably Airbus.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- 7–12 years of experience in static analysis and structural sizing.
- Proficient in ISAMI, hand calculations, and stress analysis.
- Experience working with major aircraft OEMs.
- Strong understanding of Airbus programs and aerostructure design.
