Your role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional in Splunk Administration/Integration to join our team for Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years hands-on experience with Splunk Admin or Splunk Infrastruture, and a strong understanding of Redhat linux, Windows OS
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to identify potential risks and issues, and guide L1/L2 teams in implementing continuous improvement plans.
- Review business-specific KPI dashboards and recommend value-driven enhancements.
- Monitor incident, problem, and change reports, ensuring L1 and L2 teams achieve timely closures within SLA/OLA.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive actions for permanent issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver training reports, including the development of training materials.
- Review and update knowledge articles periodically to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Perform regular audits, participate in system improvement reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage escalations and complaints related to incidents, requests, and crisis situations.
- Automate, stabilize, and sustain recurring tasks to enhance overall efficiency in RTM operations.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure monitoring with Splunk
administration, infrastructure, deployment. - Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS, with basic administration capabilities.
