Job Description
As an integral part of Capgemini’s Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operation (IFAO) Practice, he/she/they will lead the development of solutions at the very forefront of innovation. He/She/they will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations at large and will play a vital and leading in fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled solutions.

• Build end to end solutions with ownership of the proposal storyboard on solution, transition, transformation and operation.
• Build synergies with the client requirements and shape the commercial and operational proposition.
• Support improved win rate and achievement of sales and revenue targets of 80me
• Drive understanding of value proposition & contribute to wider solution development to achieve sold margin
• Drive Product development within the expert community and Product deployment for your Client
• Operate as Subject Matter Expert, recognized as a “guru”/expert in application of process(s) specialism
• Develop strategic learning direction for business area, ensuring learning focus is geared to business objectives and success.
• Instil a sense of pride and belonging and powers and inspires the team to exceed the perceived limits of their performance
• Strategically focuses people and resources to meet changing market requirements and implements effective recruitment strategies to build the organization to meet business objectives
• Devise and set the business strategy to achieve market strength and business growth
• Have experience in practical application of Technology in F&A solutions as well as understanding of at least one ERP.
• Be an “Influencer” in the further development of the functionality of process specialism via technical knowledge, capabilities and attitude
• Fully comprehends the financial conventions and requirements when creating business cases
• Lead complex meetings e.g. Is at ease in presentations and discussions with the Board. Headlines key points and ensures participation. Drives actions and decisions
Primary Skills
He/She/They will manage the solution development on large size pursuit, including management of multiple service lines and third parties, working collaboratively with Capgemini clients to develop robust and innovative Solutions for Business Process Outsourcing services. This includes supporting the business development process through pre-qualification support, RFI, RFP, solution design and commercial sign off, and handing off the successful solution to the transition team. We want you to be inspired to inspire our clients and people so you will also be expected to:
• Build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively with them to understand their issues
• Clearly present to the client so as they understand the solution, value proposition, and Capgemini’s competitive differentiation
• Provide high quality documents in response to RFI, RFP and BAFO
• Provide inputs into the commercial team to develop the pricing for the proposal
• Develop Capgemini thought leadership to support the BSV practice
• Coordinate with Bid Management, Sales, Delivery Centers, Transition, BSV Leadership, Technology, and Commercials to ensure necessary approvals prior to submission of response to RFI, RFP, and BAFO
• Build end to end solutions with ownership of the proposal storyboard on solution, transition, transformation and operation.
• Build synergies with the client requirements and lead the shaping of the commercial and operational proposition.
• Lead the creation of market leading products
• Sets and leads direction for solution and challenges of IFAO deliverables, incl. technical solution components, delivery model, projects, governance and costing/pricing.
• Manage an onshore/offshore team to provide insightful winning solutions that deploy the best of Capgemini assets to deliver transformational outcomes
• Develop our talent and methods and work with teams from transformation, automation and commercial to embed best practice in the solution
• Own the development of deal strategy for large and cross tower deals
Secondary Skills
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
• English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in BSV Solutions
• Good experience in leading a Solutions team
• Exposure to Sales, Business Development preferred
• Practical knowledge of technology solutions for Finance
• Proven ability to apply innovation (e.g. GenAI/Agentic)
