Solution Architect - Microservices & Azure AKS

Your Role

  • Lead the design and governance of end-to-end architecture for microservices-based solutions on Azure AKS.
  • Define and maintain scalable architecture patterns, ensuring security, performance, and compliance.
  • Drive DevOps and automation practices for containerized workloads, including monitoring and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives and participate in architecture reviews & Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure best practices for RBAC, AAD integration, private endpoints, VNet isolation, pod security, and multi-tenant monitoring.

Your Profile

  • 12–15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years as an Azure Solutions Architect with strong expertise in microservices architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing Well-Architected Framework (WAF) for AKS clusters across multi-environment deployments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Deep understanding of Microservices architecture on AKS, including node, pod & container topology, RBAC policies, and namespace-level security.
  • Strong technical skills in Azure Runtime Services (AKS, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, API Management), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and backend development in Python.
  • Preferred certifications in Azure and Kubernetes.
