Your Role

  • SolarWinds Administrator with expertise in NPM, NCM, NTA and SAM modules
  • Installation of various modules in SolarWinds
  • Applying upgrade/hotfix as per the requirement 
  • Addition, removal and maintenance of servers and services in SolarWinds.
  • Requirement gathering and interaction with client and understanding client needs.
  • Creation/modification of alerts to notify responsible teams for issues related to their systems
  • Configuring and scheduling reports for various applications as per the requirement.
  • Troubleshooting errors and configuration issues majorly related to monitoring of the network.
  • Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement.
  • Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for SolarWinds

Your Profile

  • SolarWinds Module NPM; SAM & WPM administration; configuration; troubleshooting; maintaining
  • Configure and customize SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems to meet organizational requirements Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of the tooling systems
  • Proven experience managing and administering SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems 
  • Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement.
  • Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for SolarWinds
