Your role

We're hiring for skilled and motivated Silverfort SME is responsible for owning,across Bangalore,Chennai & Pune to join our team.The ideal candidate will have 9 to 12 years hands-on experience with primary authority for Silverfort architecture, policy design, integrations, escalations, and vendor coordination, ensuring secure and seamless identity protection across the environment.

  • Own and operate Silverfort as an enterprise service, ensuring reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
  • Design and enhance Silverfort architecture and policies to strengthen identity security controls.
  • Lead integration of Silverfort with Active Directory, network components, Azure/Entra ID, PAM solutions, EDR/XDR tools and other enterprise platforms.
  • Provide SME-level support for escalations, troubleshoot complex identity issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Manage operations in alignment with ITIL practices for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
  • Coordinate with Silverfort vendors, internal security teams and cross-functional stakeholders for enhancements and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain technical guides, operational runbooks and contribute to automation using PowerShell or APIs.

Your Profile

  • Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including Access Management fundamentals, MFA and PAM concepts.
  • Deep understanding of Silverfort architecture, agentless MFA, policy creation and identity-based security controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and RADIUS authentication protocols.
  • Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, proxies and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, ITIL-based service operations experience, and ability to create technical and non-technical documentation.
