ServiceNow Project Manager

Your role

  • Lead ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Track project outcomes, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Deliver project documentation and post-implementation reviews.

Your profile

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM,HRSD).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory).
  • Experience managing IT or ServiceNow projects
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred
