Your Role

  • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Provisioning.
  • Build and customize Discovery Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and integration workflows for multi‑cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain Service Mapping patterns, business services, and application service topologies aligned with CSDM.
  • Integrate ITOM capabilities with CMDB, ensuring accurate CI relationships, class modeling, and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot ITOM issues related to discovery failures, credentials, pattern inaccuracies, data gaps, and integration errors.

Your Profile

  • Total 9-17 years of ITOM configuration/integration experience; 6–8 years in CMDB/Discovery development.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph.
  • Strong cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware; experience with Terraform automation.
  • Hands-on with Windows/Unix system administration, domain structures, GPO, SUDO.
  • Proficient in scripting: PowerShell, Python, Perl, JavaScript, WMI, SSH, Xpath.
