ServiceNow ITAM Developer

Your Role

• Implement and configure SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and SaaS Management modules to support end‑to‑end ITAM lifecycle.
• Develop robust automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scoped Applications.
• Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and external tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Intune, and Flexera.
• Design and manage data ingestion pipelines, including normalization, reconciliation, deduplication, and data quality controls.
• Configure and optimize software license compliance (entitlements, models, PURL/PRD rules, reconciliation jobs, and true‑ups).

Your Profile

• Experience & Location: 9–17 years total experience with 4–6 years hands‑on ServiceNow ITAM development; open to candidates based in Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru.
• ITAM Expertise: Strong hands‑on with SAM Pro, HAM Pro, SaaS Management, license models (MS, Adobe, Oracle, IBM), reclamation, reclamation policies, and audit readiness.
• Platform & Scripting: Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scoped Apps), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Integrations & CMDB: Experience integrating with CMDB/Discovery and external sources/tools (SCCM/ConfigMgr, JAMF, Intune, Flexera, Azure/AWS), including transform maps and MID Server.
