Your role

  • Ensuring services meet standards; monitor performance; and drive improvements
  • Service Delivery Management: Ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively; meeting agreed-upon standards and requirements.
  • Coordinating with departments:
  • Working with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any interdependencies.

Your profile

  • 6 to 10 years experience in Service Management
  • Monitoring service performance:
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure services are meeting expectations.
  • Identifying and resolving service-related issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Client relationship management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure services align with their expectations.
