Your Role

  • Design and implement HRSD modules such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Customize HR workflows and UI components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Service Portal.
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Maintain HR data integrity across the HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and employee records.

Your Profile

  • 6–12 years of enterprise IT experience, with a focus on ServiceNow development and HRSD module customization.
  • Expert in designing and implementing HR workflows, business rules, and client/server-side scripts using JavaScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience in HRSD modules like Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Skilled in configuring ServiceNow solutions to meet HR business requirements and enhance employee experience.
  • Proficient in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
