Service Delivery Manager-Retail domain
Your Role
- Lead retail application support teams to ensure smooth, business‑critical operations.
- Own and manage Major Incidents, including coordination, communication, and RCA to leadership.
- Ensure stability of complex, legacy retail applications with multiple interfaces, batches, and vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and third‑party vendors for end‑to‑end service delivery.
- Provide operational reporting, stakeholder communication, and on‑call coverage as needed.
Your Profile
- Strong Service Delivery / Application Support leadership experience in the retail industry.
- Proven expertise in Major Incident Management, RCA preparation, and high‑pressure problem solving.
- Hands‑on background as a lead developer in Ecommerce or Warehouse Management systems.
- Solid understanding of Retail domain processes: Product & Merchandising, Supply Chain, WMS.
- Excellent communication skills; experience managing legacy systems, vendors, and shift/on‑call models.
