Service Delivery Analyst (Travel Domain)

Your Role

This role is a liaison between internal teams and is responsible for addressing online reservation fulfilment questions, problem-solving, and delivering results across multiple complex tasks.

 

  • At least 6+ years of experience in the business travel industry (equivalent experience preferred)
  • Technically proficient in supporting multiple GDSs, Point of Sale tools, and other applications
  • Knowledgeable about Online booking tools.
  • Highly experienced in Travel and/or Airline industry
