Primary Skills
- BRIM SOM Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Subscription Order Management (SOM) and its integration with CRM systems.
- Order Management: Proficient in handling subscription order processing, contract management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Customization and Configuration: Skilled in configuring and customizing SOM workflows, rules, and processes to meet specific business needs.
- Integration Knowledge: Expertise in integrating BRIM SOM with other SAP modules like Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FICA.
- Process Automation: Experience in automating subscription management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues within SOM and CRM modules.
- Business Process Mapping: Proficient in mapping client requirements to SOM functionalities and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation.
Secondary Skills
- Basic understanding of Convergent Charging (CC) and FICA modules.
- Experience in preparing technical and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM functionalities and user interfaces.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing processes in telecom, utilities, or media industries.
