Job Description

Your Role

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement automation, applications, and integrations that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Build and enhance custom connectors, integrations, and extensions utilizing REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure Functions.
  • Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices across the Power Platform environment.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead solution design, technical documentation, and architecture reviews.
  • Develop automation workflows (Cloud & Desktop) and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Support ALM processes using Git, Azure DevOps pipelines, and deployment automation.

Technical Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
    • Power BI (Data modeling, DAX)
    • Dataverse, Copilot Studio
  • Proficiency in:
    • Power Fx, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#
    • REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Git, Pipelines, and ALM.
  • Microsoft PL‑400 certification (preferred).

    Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, etc.)
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
