Your Role

Profound experience of power electronics, BEV, ECU, PCB, electronic components
Profound experience in HW design, simulation (LTspice), component calculations, sw tools like Excel, Matlab, etc.
Ability to analyze and follow tech requirements (Codebeamer)
Ability to lead topics proactively in a non-standardized environment
Good communication skills to work with OEM team and project partners
Output-focused working habit with documentation in tickets and wiki systems (Jira, Confluence, OneNote)
Senior Hardware Developer with FUSA
Functional Safety (CSC & PeSU)- Functional Safety in Power Electronics Background Mandatory
Profound experience in ISO26262 and related work products (safety plan, related requirements etc)
Expertise in WCA, MTBF/FIT, FMEA, FMEDA, DFMEA, FTA
Ability to analyze and write tech requirements in respect to functional safety (Codebeamer)
Expertise in handling Medini SW and Windchill Modeler

Your Profile

5–10 years of experience in hardware development and power electronics, with expertise in BEV, ECU, PCB design, and electronic components.
Strong experience in hardware design, simulation (LTspice), and component calculations using tools like Excel and MATLAB.
In-depth knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) with hands-on experience in safety work products such as safety plans, requirements, and analysis.
Experience in Functional Safety (CSC & PeSU) within a power electronics background (mandatory).
Expertise in safety analysis techniques including WCA, MTBF/FIT, FMEA, FMEDA, DFMEA, and FTA.
Ability to analyze and develop technical and safety requirements using tools like Codebeamer.
Hands-on experience with Medini Analyze and Windchill Modeler for functional safety and system modeling.
