Your Role

  • Drive the strategic vision for AI/ML initiatives and align them with the company’s broader AI roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Translate complex technical insights into actionable business strategies and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, leveraging LLMs and generative AI to build innovative, data-driven applications.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, model performance, and system reliability while staying current with emerging AI trends.

Your Profile

  • Over 10 years of experience in data science with a Master’s/PhD from a Tier 1 institute, specializing in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP (including LLMs like GPT, BERT, Gemini), and big data frameworks like Spark/Hadoop.
  • Skilled in Python, R, and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong leadership in managing data science teams and implementing MLOps practices for scalable model delivery.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and deep understanding of data privacy, security, and agile methodologies.
