Senior Engagement Manager - Trade Finance Operations, Transformation & Agentic AI

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Delivery & Agentic AI Transformation Lead to manage strategic Trade Finance engagements and drive AI-led transformation across Trade Finance operations.

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • Lead end-to-end Trade Finance operations covering Import/Export LCs, SBLCs, Guarantees, Collections, Reimbursements, Supply Chain Finance, Compliance and OFAC screening.
  • Drive SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, financial, risk and governance outcomes.
  • Manage client governance, executive reviews, audits, escalations and regulatory compliance.
  • Define and execute the Agentic AI roadmap for Trade Finance operations.
  • Lead AI use cases including document classification, data extraction, compliance screening, document verification, discrepancy detection and workflow orchestration.
  • Establish AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Drive process re-engineering, standardization, operating model transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Support platform implementation, migration, testing, cutover and hypercare activities.
  • Build trusted client relationships and lead transformation, innovation and growth programs.
  • Develop and lead large global delivery teams while building Trade Finance and AI capabilities

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 18+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience with strong Trade Finance expertise.
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance products, Trade Compliance, OFAC screening and SWIFT messaging.
  • Experience managing global Trade Finance operations and transformation programs.
  • Background in process improvement, service governance and operating model change.
  • Experience in AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI initiatives.
  • Exposure to Trade Finance platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Technology or related discipline.
  • MBA, CDCS, CITF, Lean Six Sigma and AI/Cloud certifications preferred.
