Senior Developer – Simulation Platform (Python & C++)

Your Role

As a Senior Developer, you will design and develop simulation frameworks that enable testing without physical hardware using realistic models. You will ensure software quality, scalability, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and test simulation framework software
• Develop and maintain software requirements, design, and test documentation
• Ensure timely delivery using version control tools like GitHub and ClearCase
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirement analysis to implementation
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in Python, C++, and C
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and Makefile-based builds
• Strong understanding of OOPS, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
• Experience working on Linux OS and tools like VS Code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with BDD testing and automation frameworks
• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of V-model development approach
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
