Senior Cybersecurity Assessor

Your Role

  • Define, lead, and continuously enhance the Group Cybersecurity Acculturation Program, driving cybersecurity culture and employee behavior change across the organization.
  • Design and execute global cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including mandatory training, phishing simulations, Cyber Culture Challenges, awareness campaigns, and cybersecurity communications.
  • Lead and coordinate international teams and stakeholders, working closely with CISOs, HR/L&D, Communications, IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Manage cybersecurity awareness platforms and supplier relationships, including vendor onboarding, contract renewals, POCs/POVs, platform governance, content validation, and operational oversight.
  • Drive governance, compliance, and continuous improvement through audit support (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA), reporting, metrics management, trend analysis, and roadmap execution.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Awareness, Security Culture, Information Security or related cybersecurity domains.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-wide security awareness, training, phishing simulation, and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, security governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders, managing vendors, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable cybersecurity culture improvements.
  • Excellent communication, project management, reporting, and leadership skills, with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or equivalent being an added advantage.
