Your Profile

 

  • Experience in CX bid management in Tier-1/2 IT firms
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Exposure to technologies like Salesforce, MS-DX CRM, Adobe, Sitecore, etc.
  • Engineering degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycle (RFx, proactive/reactive bids)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Solution teams to create winning proposals and presentations
  • Maintain proposal templates, rate cards, and reusable content
  • Anchor client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and sales pitches
  • Support creation of collaterals like case studies and decks.
