Security Operations (SOC) Delivery Manager

Your role

• Lead the delivery of day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains.
• Ensure adherence to contractual deliverables, SLAs, and service quality targets.
• Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams.
• Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control and visibility.
• Participate in SOC project and technology discussions with a focus on operational flow and performance impact.
• Drive service improvement and automation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights.
• Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within scope

Your Profile

• SOC Delivery Manager with 12–20 years of hands-on expertise in SOC operations and service delivery. This position is open exclusively for candidates open to work from Bengaluru.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.
• Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.
• Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.
• Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
