Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain SOAR solutions to streamline security operations and improve incident response capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to SOC analysts and incident responders in leveraging the SOAR platform for incident detection, investigation, and response.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to SOAR implementation, configuration, and operation.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one SOAR technology (e.g., Swimlane, Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR, IBM Resilient, Splunk Phantom, Siemplify etc.).
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for playbook development and automation.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, attack vectors, and common security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, etc.).
