Job Description

Looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with good communication skills to join TwinSim team as a scrum master.

Project focuses on creating a simulation platform to enable testing without hardware and by using realistic simulation models.

 

For this position we are seeking a Scrum Master with a technical background.

  • Coaching teams on continuous improvement, teamwork and Agile mindset.
  • Facilitating daily standups and regular agile scrum master.
  • Working autonomously to improve your domain’s way of working, mindset and transparency.
  • Sharing knowledge you are passionate about with Agile colleagues continuously.
  • Collaborate with a tight knit group of other Scrum Masters during the SAFe routine meetings.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill delivery strategy across branches (develop, main, QBL).
  • Define and communicate delivery plans per Program Increment (PI).
  • Manage and maintain GitHub repositories, including rebasing and qualification workflows.
  • Implement and optimize Continuous Integration (CI) strategies.
  • Monitor repository stability, failing test cases, and automate daily integrator tasks.
  • Prepare TARs and signal gaps in test coverage for deliveries.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes, environments, and branching strategies.
  • Set up and manage testing environments to ensure realistic conditions.
  • Address defects promptly, propose fixes within 24 hours, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
