Job Description
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years of overall experience in SW development projects
- 3 to 6 years as Scrum Master
- Experience in working with Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence) and strong MS Suite knowledge
- Experience of Working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong scrum practices implementation and able to be scrum master for 2+ teams at once
- Knowledge on Quality assurance activities across different types of projects such as SW development, maintenance, testing, and test automation.
Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of basic Scrum principles and way of working
- Has worked in a SAFe environment or is having SAFe awareness (certification is a plus)
- Very good with collaboration and stakeholder management
- Can work by self to unblock teams from the point of collaboration
- Understand the module that the person is associated with (this basic can be provided from team, however the same should be understood from the previous teams being worked on)
Certifications
- CSM/PSM or any scrum certifications
- SAFe certifications (Leading SAFe/SAFe for Teams/SAFe/RTE/etc)

Able to act as a key contributor in a complex environment, lead the activities of a team for software design and software development. Acts proactively to understand internalorexternal client needs and offers advice even when not asked. Able to assess and adapt to project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure and drive team to succeed against its technical and commercial goals. Aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific projectorwork area. Explains difficult concepts to a variety of audiences to ensure meaning is understood. Motivates other team members and creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area.
