Your Role

Your Profile

• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of multiple Salesforce projects, including digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop scalable, high‑quality, and customized solutions following Salesforce best practices and architecture standards
• Work across one or more Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud, as applicable).
• Utilize advanced Salesforce features, including automation, security controls, and performance optimization.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or Salesforce platform tools.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle—requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Identify opportunities for application optimization and enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending continuous technical and process improvements.
• Work effectively in a multi‑vendor and cross‑functional environment, adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
