Job Description
Required Skills:
- Individual with a minimum 8 to10 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a successful track record with target accounts
- Prior experience in selling embedded system design services / product development / consulting services
- Comfortable with sales operations including the creation and management of large and sustainable sales pipelines, accurate forecasting and sales reporting
- A team player who can seamlessly co-ordinate between internal and external customers
- Plugged into the engineering organizations of verticals such as Automotive, Storage, Healthcare, Industrial Automation etc.
- Evidence of success establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives
- Proven experience dealing with complex business and software development processes and issues within the OEM environment
- Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions
- Sound experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue generation, Demand and Opportunity management, Commercial Negotiations & Legal Matters
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple client contacts in a self-driven environment
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Must be able to operate independently
- Self-Motivated, High Energy & Team Player
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Communications from an institute / university of repute (Required)
- MBA from an institute / university of repute (Preferred)
