Sales Leader

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to Sales and Account Management.

Lead the networking and client relationships for current and prospective clients in the manufacturing/Industrial automation vertical. In this important role, you will develop successful sales strategies and expand our business with GCC and India Inc client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in accounts, positioning company’s solution and services.
  • Apply industry expertise to develop solutions that address complex business and technology needs aligned with customer product /industry roadmaps.
  • Engage with senior management levels to strategize pursuits, develop account maps, and identify target opportunities in consultation with Company’s solution/practice teams.
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships at prospective accounts through existing network connections.
  • Build and drive a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to closure!

Primary Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA 
  • At least 15-25 years of experience in engineering services sales in in any Engineering vertical  
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling direct sales with a quota in Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of ecosystems, tools and technologies.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in high-value deal negotiations at the C-level.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations to access key executives, engineering, and procurement leaders.
  • Excellent networking abilities with both internal and external collaborators.
