Sales Leader
Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to Sales and Account Management.
Lead the networking and client relationships for current and prospective clients in the manufacturing/Industrial automation vertical. In this important role, you will develop successful sales strategies and expand our business with GCC and India Inc client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in accounts, positioning company’s solution and services.
- Apply industry expertise to develop solutions that address complex business and technology needs aligned with customer product /industry roadmaps.
- Engage with senior management levels to strategize pursuits, develop account maps, and identify target opportunities in consultation with Company’s solution/practice teams.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships at prospective accounts through existing network connections.
- Build and drive a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to closure!
Primary Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA
- At least 15-25 years of experience in engineering services sales in in any Engineering vertical
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling direct sales with a quota in Indian market.
- Strong understanding of ecosystems, tools and technologies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in high-value deal negotiations at the C-level.
- Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations to access key executives, engineering, and procurement leaders.
- Excellent networking abilities with both internal and external collaborators.
