Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a director level executive to play the role of a Senior UX Architect.

In this role, the candidate will drive the user experience strategy, design processes and overall user-centric approach across our digital customer experience journey. The incumbent will be focusing on deriving experience journeys and presenting it to various customer stakeholders starting from CXO level to user level. They will lead a team of talented UX designers and researchers, frontend developers (UI & Mobile) collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities will include - 

Lead UX strategy & Vision:

• Develop and articulate a clear UX vision aligned with business and user needs.
• Define and drive the overall UX strategy and roadmap for the company
• Champion a user centered design approach, ensuring the user experience is prioritized in all product decisions.
• Engage with the customers and senior internal stakeholders to present the UX vision, goals, strategies, POV, team's capabilities and demonstrate solutions. POC's etc.

Design Leadership:

• Oversee the creation of user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all user interfaces and interactions.
• Collaborate with technical delivery team to ensure seamless implementations of UI design and customer journey.

Primary Skills

The incumbent must have 15+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user- centered design principles and methodologies.

Secondary Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, and to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
• Preferably having experience with frontend technologies like Web or Mobile development
