SDWAN Routing Switching Wireless

Your Role

As a Network Engineer – SD-WAN, Routing & Switching & Wireless, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments. You will ensure high network availability, performance, security, and seamless connectivity across enterprise and branch environments.

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, and Wireless infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of network incidents and service requests.
• Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions, preferably Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, across enterprise and branch locations.
• Troubleshoot WAN and network connectivity issues including link down, link flapping, latency, packet loss, routing failures, and performance degradation.
• Support implementation, configuration, and onboarding of new network devices, branch locations, switches, routers, wireless access points, and SD-WAN appliances.
• Administer and troubleshoot switching technologies including VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, VTP, LACP, trunking, port channels, HSRP, and VRRP.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise routing environments with strong working knowledge of OSPF and BGP.
• Manage and support enterprise wireless/WLAN infrastructure, preferably using Cisco and Cisco Meraki wireless solutions.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, coverage, roaming, authentication, interference, and performance issues impacting enterprise users.
• Troubleshoot network traffic and connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and network security policies.
• Support enterprise firewalls and coordinate troubleshooting of firewall, network filtering, and connectivity-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SD-WAN, enterprise routing and switching, wireless networking, network automation, and infrastructure monitoring.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, Wireless, and network infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SD-WAN administration, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Wireless/WLAN solutions, preferably Cisco or Cisco Meraki.
• In-depth understanding of wireless technologies and concepts including 802.11/Wi-Fi standards, RF, radios, SNR, RSSI, channels, interference, coverage, roaming, and wireless performance optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting user-level wireless issues including connectivity, authentication, poor signal, intermittent disconnections, roaming, and performance problems.
• Experience supporting network device implementation, configuration changes, firmware upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure refresh activities.
• Strong exposure to enterprise network monitoring, incident management, problem management, change management, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to work with ISPs, OEM vendors, service providers, NOC, Security, Cloud, Server, and application teams for complex issue resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to handle complex Layer 2, Layer 3, SD-WAN, and Wireless issues.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
