Your Role

  • Administer and maintain the System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) infrastructure across enterprise environments
  • Perform regular updates, patching, and performance tuning of the SCOM platform
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system integration
  • Design, deploy, and manage SCOM management packs, monitors, rules, and overrides
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolve SCOM-related issues and alerts
  • Integrate SCOM with third-party tools such as ServiceNow, Azure Monitor, and Splunk

Your Profile

  • 4 to 12 years of experience in SCOM administration and enterprise monitoring
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCOM components including agents, management packs, and alert tuning
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and monitoring integrations with Azure Monitor and Splunk
  • Solid understanding of root cause analysis, alert management, and performance optimization
