Your Role

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of SAP Work Manager for field service and maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into mobile workforce management solutions.
  • Integrate SAP Work Manager with SAP ECC/ERP or S/4HANA modules such as PM, MM, and HR.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for mobile app enhancements, workflows, sync issues, and backend integrations.
  • Provide support during testing, device rollout, go‑live, and post‑implementation stabilization.

Your Profile

  • 12–14 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Work Manager and mobile workforce applications.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, work orders, notifications, and field service workflows.
  • Proven experience in configuring mobile apps, Agentry framework, synchronization setups, and integration with SAP backend.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting mobile performance, UI/UX enhancements, and device-specific issues.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to work closely with field teams, business stakeholders, and technical groups.
