Your Role

As an SAP TRM Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions for global clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver innovative treasury transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Treasury and Cash Management processes.
Configure and implement SAP TRM modules including:
- Transaction Manager
- Money Market
- Foreign Exchange
- Securities Management
- Derivatives
- Risk Analyzer
- Hedge Management
Drive integration with SAP FSCM, FI, CO, S/4HANA Finance, Bank Communication Management, and Cash Management.
Conduct requirement workshops, process assessments, and solution design sessions.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments and enhancements.
Lead testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to junior consultants.
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.
Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Your Profile

Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management.
- Strong experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP TRM implementation.
- Hands-on configuration experience in:
  - Transaction Manager
  - FX Management
  - Money Market
  - Securities
  - Derivatives
  - Risk Analysis
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Treasury business processes:
  - Cash & Liquidity Management
  - Financial Risk Management
  - Debt and Investment Management
  - Hedge Accounting
  - Bank Relationship Management
- Experience integrating SAP TRM with SAP FI, FSCM, BCM, CM, and other finance modules.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial instruments.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and drive solution discussions independently.
