SAP TM Lead/SME

Your Role:

  • Act as the SAP TM Lead/SME, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of transportation and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and configure SAP TM functionalities including freight planning, carrier selection, freight settlement, and transportation execution.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and ERP teams to deliver integrated end-to-end transportation solutions.
  • Lead testing, user training, cutover activities, and provide expert support for issue resolution and continuous process improvements.

Your Profile

  • 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution processes. 
  • Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, freight settlement, and SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA/EWM.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, and support projects using SAP best practices and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience working in global and cross-functional project environments.
