SAP Service Management Lead/SME

Your Role:

  • Act as the SAP Service Management Lead/SME, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of service lifecycle processes within SAP S/4HANA Service.
  • Facilitate business requirement workshops and configure service management functionalities including service orders, contracts, warranties, service quotations, and field service processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and technical teams to deliver integrated end-to-end service solutions.
  • Lead testing, data migration, user training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

Your Profile

  • 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Service Management, Customer Service (CS), or SAP S/4HANA Service. 
  • Hands-on experience in service order management, service contracts, warranty management, installed base management, resource planning, and service billing processes.
  • Proven experience integrating SAP Service Management with SAP SD, MM, EWM, Finance, and other SAP ecosystem solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience leading global implementation, rollout, and support engagements.
