SAP Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

  • SAP Service Delivery Leadership – Lead SAP AMS engagements with ownership of service delivery, client management, and governance.
  • Program & Operations Management – Manage program planning, issue/risk resolution, budgets, P&L, financial reporting, and delivery milestones.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, ensuring stakeholder alignment and service excellence.
  • Agile Team Leadership – Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor team members, and drive successful project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement – Drive automation, operational efficiency, quality controls, process improvements, and SAP transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Overall Experience 9-12 Years needed.
  • SAP Techno-Functional Expertise – Strong hands-on experience in SAP modules with ECC and S/4HANA exposure.
  • SAP AMS & ITSM Experience – Minimum 5 years in SAP Application Management, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Delivery & Financial Management – Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, SOW creation, financial reporting, risk management, and program governance.
  • Leadership & Agile Practices – Proven experience leading teams, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum delivery; PMP/ITIL preferred, Scrum Master desirable.
  • Automation & Service Excellence – Experience driving automation, transformation programs, operational improvements, and working with ServiceNow/ITSM tools.
