SAP Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

  • Lead SAP AMS Engagements – Manage end-to-end SAP Application Management Services (AMS) engagements, ensuring smooth Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Client & Delivery Management – Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, managing stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, and service performance.
  • Program & Financial Ownership – Drive program planning, budgeting, financial reporting, P&L management, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Agile Delivery – Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor resources, ensure delivery excellence, and promote Agile/Scrum best practices.
  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement – Drive automation, operational excellence, process improvements, quality governance, and SAP transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Overall Experience 12-14 Years Needed
  • SAP Techno-Functional Expertise – Hands-on experience in any SAP module with strong exposure to both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • SAP AMS & Service Management – Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Application Management engagements, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Program & Financial Management – Strong experience in program planning, SOW creation, budget management, P&L ownership, financial reporting, and risk management.
  • Leadership & Agile Delivery – Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, Scrum delivery, stakeholder management; PMP/ITIL preferred, Scrum Master certification desirable.
  • Operational Excellence & Automation – Experience driving process improvement, quality governance, automation, transformation programs, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
