SAP-Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

  • Lead SAP/ERP program delivery including planning, deployment, budget, P&L, and risk management.
  • Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Guide and mentor delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration, direction, and adherence to quality.
  • Drive operational improvements via process rigor, automation, tools, and transformation initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define SOWs, manage financial reporting, and champion business cases.

Your Profile

  • Overall 12-14 Years required
  • Techno‑functional expertise in SAP, ERP, Oracle, or custom applications.
  • Agile & Scrum delivery leadership, including managing multiple Scrum teams (Scrum Master cert required).
  • Strong problem‑solving & independent decision‑making with proven leadership in Application Management.
  • Ability to articulate technology viewpoints, transfer knowledge, and stay updated on trends.
  • Excellent planning & communication skills, including time management and quality governance.
