Your Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP PMGM (Performance & Goal Management) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions. The candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback capabilities.

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management)
  • Performance Form template configuration (XML-based)
  • Goal Plan setup and management
  • Route Maps and workflows
  • Rating scales and calibration
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Admin Center configurations
  • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Integration knowledge with Employee Central
  • Experience in data migration using import/export tools
  • Strong understanding of HR performance management processes
  • Experience with reporting tools (Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports)

Your Profile

  • Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules:
  • Compensation
  • Succession & Development
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Center / CPI
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations
  • Experience in Workflows & Business Rules
  • Understanding of Analytics & Workforce Planning tools
  • SAP certification in SuccessFactors PMGM or EC
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Basic scripting/debugging skills for XML/Business Rules
